Program Responsibilities and Learning

Participants in the BrightStar program will support various firm activities and gain exposure to professional services. This role involves contributing to client engagements and internal initiatives, providing a foundation for professional growth. Key areas of involvement include:

• Supporting the delivery of engagements within practices such as AI and Data, Cybersecurity, Programming, or Operational practices.
• Assisting with business development and marketing activities to engage with target companies.
• Contributing to project teams to ensure a superior client experience.
• Gaining exposure to deep sector expertise and supporting engagements across various industries, including Energy, Industrial Resources, Financial Sector, and Government & Public Sector.
• Learning new approaches to data analysis and problem-solving to derive meaningful conclusions.
