About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Analysis Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for bridging communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business objectives are clearly translated into technical requirements.

Role Overview

The Business Analysis Consultant will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. This position plays a key part in the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to solution delivery, by ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document comprehensive business requirements from various sources.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to elicit detailed information.
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and detailed process documentation.
Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Recommend practical and effective process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely and collaboratively with development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to validate solution functionality.
Ensure that all delivered solutions effectively meet the defined business objectives and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis or a closely related consulting field. A proven track record in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation is essential for success in this position.
