About the Role

Al-Enjaz Company is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in business development and institutional excellence, focusing on strategic planning, change management, and performance monitoring to enhance organizational efficiency and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and direction of development strategies and initiatives aimed at improving institutional efficiency and employee productivity.
Provide support and guidance to departments for the smooth planning and execution of change and development initiatives.
Monitor departmental performance indicators and conduct regular evaluations to enhance and develop operational processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or General Management.
5-7 years of experience in business development and institutional excellence.
Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ISO 9001 are preferred.

Required Skills

Proficiency in process mapping software (Visio) and ERP systems.
Strong analytical thinking skills.
Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
Proven change management skills.
