BUSINESS PARTNER

About the Role

King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre is seeking a BUSINESS PARTNER to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting the alignment of Commercial Innovation strategies with overall business objectives through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Commercial Innovation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational and departmental objectives.
• Analyze performance data to identify risks and opportunities, and propose improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making.
• Promote best practices, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with the finance department.
• Provide administrative and operational support for optimization projects, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to approved guidelines.
• Adhere to all Hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in personal and team education, training, and development as applicable.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre.
