About the Digital and Social Media Manager Role

Almarai, a leading food and beverage company headquartered in Riyadh, is seeking a Digital and Social Media Manager. Core Purpose of the Position

The primary objective of this role is to lead the overall communications strategy and governance for external communications programs. This involves ensuring a strong corporate identity, maintaining brand consistency, and achieving measurable business impact through integrated, multi-channel content initiatives. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital and social media strategies.
• Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate content creation and distribution across various digital channels.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders on social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze digital and social media performance metrics.
• Ensure strong corporate identity and brand consistency in all external communications.
• Drive measurable business impact through integrated multi-channel content initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing.
• Between 7 to 9 years of experience in the communications field or social media channels.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms, content coordination, and customer engagement.

Essential Skills

• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
