Role Overview

Almarai is seeking an HR Officer (Sales) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position supports the HR Division in delivering personnel services specifically within the sales division. The role involves reviewing various documents and preparing performance reports to ensure efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical requests to confirm coverage under company policy.
• Verify bank loan applications to ensure employee eligibility.
• Analyze school fee invoices to confirm entitlement and match claims against established benefits.
• Verify salary documents for new and trial employees from various regions to ensure timely month-end payments.
• Analyze termination and final payment requests from regions to ensure all required documentation is complete.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to review and verify various types of documents accurately.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis, supporting the HR Division within a large, integrated food and beverage company.
