Role Overview

Almarai is seeking a Sales Administrative Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The primary objective of this role is to support the company's growth by optimizing the sales and distribution of Almarai's product range within a designated sales administrative area, while strictly adhering to company standards of sales ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct effective sales sessions and provide performance reviews and coaching based on exceptions.
• Accurately and timely perform all administrative and office functions related to route sales.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on route and customer sales performance within the assigned territory.
• Lead regular performance review meetings and offer constructive feedback to the sales team.
• Ensure all customer orders collected by field sales teams are submitted daily to Sales Logistics for timely processing.

• Demonstrated ability to adhere to ethical sales practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
