About the Channel Team Lead Hub Delivery Role

Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead Hub Delivery to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position is central to the Amazon Hub Delivery program, focusing on the strategic oversight and operational guidance of a team responsible for partner engagement.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Channel Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs). These ADEs are tasked with onboarding and managing local retail partners within Amazon's Hub Delivery program. This leadership role combines field execution with strategic vision, ensuring that ADEs achieve activation and performance targets while maintaining Amazon's high delivery standards. The Channel Lead will serve as a coach, problem-solver, and results driver, enabling their team to succeed in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs), ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands-on coaching to the team in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management techniques.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and excellence in field operations.
• Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues within assigned territories and implement effective corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality and partner experience.
• Provide consolidated field insights to contribute to improvements in program design, partner experience, and scalability.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in a leadership or team management capacity, ideally within a field execution or partner management environment.
