Role Overview

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Channel Team Lead, Hub Delivery to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time leadership position involves overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs). The primary focus of this team is to onboard and manage local retail partners participating in Amazon's Hub Delivery program.

Key Objectives

The Channel Team Lead combines field execution with strategic vision to ensure that ADEs consistently achieve activation and performance targets. A critical aspect of this role is maintaining Amazon's high delivery standards across all partner operations. The successful candidate will serve as a coach, problem-solver, and results driver, enabling their team to excel within a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs).
• Ensure consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model by the team.
• Provide hands-on coaching to ADEs in areas such as prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture within the team that emphasizes accountability, commitment, and field excellence.

Operational Oversight and Performance Management

• Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues that arise within specific territories.
• Implement effective corrective action plans to address identified issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Program Enhancement

• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
• Provide consolidated field insights to contribute to improvements in program design, partner experience, and scalability.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq). The role operates in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment focused on expanding and optimizing the Hub Delivery program.
