About the Opportunity

Role Summary

The Chef de Partie plays a central role in kitchen operations, overseeing the preparation of dishes and ensuring adherence to culinary standards. This position is integral to maintaining the warmth of hospitality and the overall guest dining experience at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, cook, and test dishes in accordance with standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise line cooks and provide necessary support in the absence of senior chefs to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Maintain all work areas to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and freedom from cross-contamination.
• Monitor ingredient quality, ensuring proper storage practices and effective stock rotation.
• Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial targets.
• Uphold compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
