About the Role

Saudi Arabian Trading and Construction Company (SATCO) is seeking a Chief Surveyor to lead surveying operations for our construction projects in Riyadh. This full-time leadership position is responsible for directing the setting-out, survey control, and as-built verification processes. The role ensures that all surveying activities adhere to project specifications and regulatory standards, playing a vital part in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the setting-out and survey control processes for construction projects, ensuring precise alignment with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee as-built verification to confirm that completed work aligns with project plans, utilizing advanced surveying technologies and tools for accuracy and compliance.
• Review and validate survey reports and documentation to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy, meeting company quality control measures.
• Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other mapping technologies to analyze spatial data, providing critical insights for project decisions and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage project budgets related to surveying activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality service standards.
