About the Opportunity

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding project integrity and safety by meticulously reviewing construction processes against approved plans, specifications, and industry benchmarks. This position requires a proactive approach to quality control and a commitment to regulatory adherence across all civil construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Verify that all work aligns with local regulations and project-specific requirements.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure the integrity of civil construction works.
• Identify and address any deviations from approved plans, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Create comprehensive inspection reports, meticulously documenting findings, deviations, and corrective measures.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all inspection activities and related documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with construction teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient inspections.
• Provide expert guidance on meeting civil construction requirements throughout project execution.
• Oversee testing and validation procedures for civil construction materials and elements.
• Ensure that all construction materials meet specified standards and project requirements.
• Monitor and enforce stringent safety standards on construction sites.
• Identify and address safety hazards specifically related to civil construction activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience
