We are seeking a Co-op Graphic Designer Trainee to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports colleagues across our branches by developing high-quality visual materials that align with Aon’s brand identity and enhance client communication.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this trainee position is to contribute to the creation of compelling visual content for both internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all visual communications reflect Aon's brand standards and effectively convey key messages to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and use design elements to communicate ideas for internal and external audiences.
• Design a wide range of materials, including advertisements, brochures, business logos, and reports, for digital and print channels.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports in line with Aon branding guidelines.
• Work closely with brokerage teams across all Saudi branches to deliver high-quality client materials.
• Support any online or offline media requirements as needed.
• Produce branded items such as prints, letterheads, business cards, door cards, Eid cards, and similar collateral.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Co-op Graphic Designer Trainee position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role is suitable for individuals seeking to gain practical experience in graphic design within a professional corporate environment.
