About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Commercial Director to lead its commercial operations in Riyadh. This full-time position involves driving business growth and shaping the commercial success of the hotel within one of the world's leading hospitality brands.

Role Overview

The Commercial Director will lead the Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Business Development strategies for the hotel. This role is central to achieving commercial success, enabling exceptional guest experiences, strengthening market presence, and delivering outstanding results for the hotel.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel’s commercial strategy, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Business Development functions to drive overall commercial performance.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and competitive positioning across all segments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for growth and business expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and department leaders to align commercial initiatives with hotel objectives and guest experience goals.
• Review commercial KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
• Act as a key ambassador for the hotel within the market, strengthening brand presence and identifying new business opportunities.

Team Leadership and Development

This position involves developing and inspiring high-performing teams. The Commercial Director will coach, mentor, and support Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Reservations teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences in Riyadh.
