Community Supervisor

About the Role

Azure is seeking a Community Supervisor to create an engaging living environment within its compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on communication, relationship-building, and community engagement, rather than operational ticketing or maintenance requests. The Community Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for all community-related matters, ensuring residents feel welcomed, informed, and connected.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead move-in orientations for residents, introducing community rules, facilities, and communication channels.
• Welcome new residents and facilitate their integration into the community.
• Address and mediate interpersonal issues among residents professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with residents regarding community updates, events, and activities.
• Collect and share resident feedback with the Compound Manager to enhance services and engagement.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual community events calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
• Organize social and cultural events, including National Day celebrations, family gatherings, and themed community events.
• Actively participate in events to interact with residents and represent management.
• Coordinate with vendors, event companies, and external partners for recurring activities and themed weekends.
• Monitor resident participation and feedback to improve future events.
• Support marketing efforts by providing event details and engagement insights.

Sports and Recreation Programs

• Develop and oversee sports and recreation programs for residents.
• Organize tournaments, leagues, and community sports days.
• Collaborate with coaches and instructors to manage regular training sessions for all age groups.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new sports coaches and activity providers for various recreational activities.
• Plan and supervise weekly activities such as kids’ games, teens’ gatherings, and community fitness sessions.
• Work with Marketing and Recreation teams to promote participation and ensure smooth program execution.
• Ensure all activities are inclusive, safe, well-organized, and aligned with residents’ interests.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in community management or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and foster community engagement.
• Experience in planning and executing events and recreational activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic community setting focused on resident satisfaction and engagement.
