The Role of Consolidation Supervisor

The Consolidation Supervisor will join the Group Reporting & Consolidation department, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses specifically on group-level consolidation schedules, IFRS compliance, and managing the reporting cycle, distinct from general ledger accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, reporting packs, and supporting working papers in accordance with IFRS.
Execute group consolidation workbooks, including matching intercompany transactions and balances, adjusting for unrealized profits, and processing elimination entries.
Collect, audit, and compile financial submissions from subsidiary finance units, ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines and group accounting policies.
Draft and structure full IFRS-compliant footnote disclosures, notes, and technical accounting treatments for all group entities.
Review and maintain detailed balance sheet reconciliations and reporting close schedules across all group entities.
Assist in delivering management reporting packs, financial modeling, and variance analysis schedules for executive review.
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors, compiling audit deliverables, preparing PBC schedules, and maintaining organized consolidation archives.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting.
Demonstrated expertise in IFRS compliance and financial statement preparation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
