About IC İçtaş Construction and the Role

IC İçtaş Construction is a global company with over 50 years of experience in diverse domestic and international projects, including airports, ports, roads, and power plants. We are seeking a seasoned **Construction Manager** to oversee and direct site construction activities for a road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Project Oversight and Execution

The Construction Manager will be responsible for leading and controlling all aspects of site construction for the road project. This includes ensuring that projects are completed according to established timelines, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The role involves active management of site operations to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of road and bridge construction, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management, detailing progress, challenges, and resource needs.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on-site to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with industry standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 15 years of professional experience specifically in roads and highways construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience serving as a Construction Manager, overseeing site execution on large-scale infrastructure works.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is considered a significant advantage.

Essential Skills and Capabilities

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and site management capabilities.
• Proven ability to effectively manage subcontractors, site teams, and multiple work fronts concurrently.
