Introduction to the Role

Multilink Management Consultants is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager – Mechanical to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for a major Oil & Gas EPC project, focusing on leading and managing all mechanical construction activities.

Role Purpose and Project Context

The Construction Manager – Mechanical will be responsible for overseeing the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of mechanical works within a large-scale Oil & Gas EPC project. This role involves comprehensive coordination with various project stakeholders to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and stringent industry standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution of mechanical works.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, procurement, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct site meetings, resolve technical issues, and prepare progress reports.
• Maintain strict compliance with HSE policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and mechanical system handover activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Petrochemical construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager specifically handling mechanical works.
• Strong knowledge of piping, static equipment, rotating equipment, structural installations, and mechanical erection activities.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia with Aramco projects is an added advantage.
