We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Material Testing Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of testing and inspection activities from initiation through to completion.
• Thoroughly review project specifications, relevant standards, specific testing requirements, and contract documents to ensure adherence.
• Supervise both site and laboratory testing activities, ensuring strict compliance with all applicable standards and established procedures.
• Provide essential technical guidance and support to all testing and inspection personnel.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on all technical and project-related matters.
• Review and formally approve all test reports, technical documents, and project deliverables.
• Continuously monitor project progress, productivity levels, quality performance, and budget utilization.
• Ensure unwavering compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, all relevant safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Investigate any identified non-conformities, implement necessary corrective actions, and actively drive continual improvement initiatives.
• Support business development activities, including the preparation of project proposals and technical presentations, as required.
• Maintain effective and proactive communication channels with all stakeholders to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction material testing and inspection.
• Demonstrated experience working on major infrastructure, industrial, or mega projects is essential.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of international and regional standards and specifications, including ASTM, AASHTO, BS, EN, SASO, and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Proven experience in project management, including resource planning and effective client coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
• Possess strong leadership capabilities, adept problem-solving skills, and effective team management abilities.
