Professional Development and Leadership

This role also involves mentoring junior physicians, supporting their development, and contributing to clinical governance and departmental strategic initiatives.

Patient Education and Experience

Educating patients and their families on cardiovascular conditions, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications will be a core responsibility. Addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, monitoring patient satisfaction, and ensuring patient confidentiality are also integral to this position. Providing clear, actionable self-management guidance will empower patients in their care.
