About the Role

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Corporate Finance Expert to join its team on a remote, full-time contract basis. This role involves contributing to the development and training of AI systems by providing high-quality financial input and benchmarks. The position offers an opportunity to apply corporate finance expertise to technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complex finance prompts and tasks that reflect investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance environments.
• Develop benchmark solutions using Excel and PowerPoint for AI model evaluation.
• Create and refine grading rubrics for assessing AI outputs on financial modeling exercises.
• Construct, modify, and review advanced financial models, including 3-statement, valuation, LBO, M&A, and sensitivity analyses.
• Produce client-ready transaction analyses and investment materials.
• Develop and adapt professional templates, decks, and supporting materials used in investment banking, private equity, and corporate development.
• Ensure all deliverables meet precision, clarity, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.
• Proven experience working on live deals, investments, or transaction execution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• Ability to produce client-grade financial materials independently under tight deadlines.

Technical Skills and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis.
• Expertise in Excel, including scenario analysis and model integrity checks.
• Skill in building professional PowerPoint presentations and investment decks.
• Familiarity with standard Investment Banking (IB), Private Equity (PE), and Corporate Development (Corp Dev) templates and processes.
• Experience in evaluating or testing AI models, or developing technical prompts and assessments.
• Exposure to multiple finance domains, such as transitions between IB, PE, consulting, or Corp Dev.
• Prior work in creating training data or technical assessments for advanced technology initiatives.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a remote, full-time contract position. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
