Cisco is seeking an experienced Country Digitization Manager to lead its Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) program in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role requires over 10 years of experience in strategic program leadership, focusing on national digital transformation initiatives.

About the Country Digital Acceleration Program

The CDA program is a strategic partnership platform designed to drive innovation, build digital skills, and accelerate the digital agenda of nations. The Country Digitization Manager will be instrumental in defining, executing, and scaling Cisco's strategic initiatives within KSA, leading a team to achieve significant national impact aligned with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall CDA Country program, defining and executing the CDA strategy for KSA in alignment with national digital agendas and Cisco's global objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of CDA projects, ensuring alignment with program goals, timely delivery, and adherence to budget and scope.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with high-level government officials, C-suite executives, key partners, and internal Cisco leadership.
• Oversee CDA financials, including spending, forecasts, revenues, and linearity, and manage program-wide budgets and resources.
• Proactively identify strategic risks and opportunities, developing mitigation plans and ensuring program compliance with policies and regulations.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact metrics, managing all program reporting and delivering executive-level reports.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across various Cisco functions to ensure successful execution and integration of CDA initiatives.
• Champion innovation within the CDA program, identifying emerging trends and technologies to enhance program offerings.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, executive presence, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. The successful candidate will thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating both strategic foresight and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic consulting, or a senior leadership role, preferably within a technology or public sector environment focused on digital transformation.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional strategic planning, executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at high levels of government and enterprise.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in advanced program and project management tools (*, Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, advanced Excel) and strategic planning frameworks.
• PMP, PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent executive program management certification is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
