Credit Control Supervisor

About the Role

CDHORIZON is seeking a Credit Control Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing credit control and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely collections, minimize credit risk, and maintain healthy cash flow. The supervisor will be responsible for assessing customer creditworthiness, monitoring outstanding accounts, and supervising collection efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer credit applications, assess creditworthiness, set credit limits and payment terms, and monitor customer credit exposure.
• Manage collection activities, contact delinquent customers, send payment reminders, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure collection targets are achieved.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging, overdue balances, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and collection performance; coordinate invoicing and take appropriate action when required.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts, build effective customer relationships, and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, billing issues, and disputes.
• Ensure customer payments are accurately allocated, accounts are regularly reconciled, and receipts are reconciled with bank statements.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve credit, billing, and payment issues and improve internal processes.
• Identify high-risk customers, overdue accounts, and significant credit exposures and escalate them to management.
• Prepare and review reports covering AR aging, collections, credit exposure, DSO, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to improve credit control procedures, collection efficiency, and overall receivables performance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant credit control or accounts receivable role.
