About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a CRM Developer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on the development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing CRM solutions to support business processes and ensure reliable system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM components, including entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, and custom workflow activities.
• Manage and enhance CRM systems to support business processes and improve system performance.
• Design and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
• Perform data migration and ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM environments.
• Monitor CRM integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve connectivity or integration-related problems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and integration documentation.
• Provide technical support to users and ensure the continuous availability and reliability of CRM services.

Technical Skills and Tools

The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in a range of technologies critical for CRM development and integration. This includes developing custom CRM functionality using:

• C# and .NET
• JavaScript
• Microsoft CRM SDK
• FetchXML and LINQ

Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with SQL Server, SharePoint, and other third-party applications is also required.

Candidate Profile and Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing CRM solutions, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Collaboration and Environment

This role involves active collaboration with cross-functional teams. The CRM Developer will participate in Agile/Scrum development activities, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on delivering robust CRM solutions.
