About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM professional to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

Role Overview

As a Dynamics 365 CRM professional at TCS, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing CRM solutions. This role involves a comprehensive range of development, configuration, and integration tasks to meet business requirements. You will contribute to the transformation journeys of clients by leveraging your expertise in the Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Create and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, custom actions, and JavaScript.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
  • Develop integrations using Web API, REST services, WCF services, Azure services, and third-party applications.
  • Perform solution deployment and migration across environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices.
  • Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
  • Support production environments and conduct root cause analysis.
