About the Role

Al Yamamah Technical Solutions is seeking a Sales Officer for CRM & ERP Systems to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves attracting new clients, developing sales opportunities, and closing deals for our B2B software solutions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling CRM and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients, reaching out to targeted companies.
• Connect with decision-makers and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Present and demonstrate CRM and ERP systems to prospective clients.
• Prepare and follow up on price quotations.
• Manage sales opportunities through to successful deal closure.
• Collaborate with the technical team to define client specifications and customization needs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in selling CRM or ERP systems is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales.
• Ability to attract new clients and engage with decision-makers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Good understanding of business needs and operational processes within companies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the Saudi market is preferred.
• Experience with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Salesforce, or SuiteCRM is considered an advantage.

Compensation and Work Environment

This role offers a fixed salary complemented by attractive sales commissions and additional performance-based incentives. The work is primarily on-site, with field visits to clients required as needed.
