The Data Analyst Role

As Balich Wonder Studio's KSA operations expand, the volume of data generated across bids, projects, systems, and teams continues to grow. The Data Analyst will operate at the intersection of operations, business development, and marketing. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and offers a salary of 15,000 SAR per month. The successful candidate will structure information, build trackers, extract insights from procurement platforms, and ensure timely data access for relevant stakeholders. Beyond pure analysis, the role involves supporting internal operations and assisting the marketing team, providing a varied scope with growth potential.

Core Responsibilities

The Data Analyst is responsible for managing and leveraging data across various functions to support business intelligence, operational efficiency, and marketing initiatives. This includes data extraction, structuring, tracking, and reporting, alongside direct support for internal teams.

Data and Bid Intelligence

• Extract, structure, and track data from procurement portals such as Oracle, SAP Ariba, and Etimad.
• Support the bid process by analyzing RFPs to identify key data points on scope, deliverables, timelines, and eligibility.
• Serve as the internal data focal point for all active bids, tracking statuses, deadlines, and outcomes within a master dashboard.
• Develop and maintain reports that provide leadership with a clear, real-time view of the project pipeline.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all internal records and submissions.

Operational and Marketing Support

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Process & Digital System Manager.
• Manage and update internal databases using platforms like Airtable and Excel, ensuring records are structured, clean, and current.
• Contribute to documenting workflows, building data templates, and identifying process improvements as the team scales.
• Assist the marketing team with basic data and coordination needs, including content scheduling, performance tracking, and internal briefings.
• Support the management of the company's Instagram presence through a data-informed approach.
