About the Data Analyst Manager Role

DallahHealth is seeking a Data Analyst Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on transforming organizational data into actionable insights to support strategic, clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. The role is instrumental in fostering a data-driven culture across the organization, adhering to Data Management Office (DMO) frameworks and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets from clinical, operational, and financial systems to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, ensuring they meet business requirements and are user-friendly.
• Automate recurring reports to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and collaborate with Data Owners and Data Stewards to resolve data quality issues.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into analytical models and reporting solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Support DMO initiatives related to data governance, data standards, and metadata, ensuring analytical outputs comply with policies and healthcare regulations.
• Utilize SQL, Python, or R for advanced analysis and support predictive and descriptive analytics initiatives.
• Promote data literacy and best practices across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data policies and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Continuously improve analytical processes and methodologies.
• Support enterprise initiatives related to performance management and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4–10 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture frameworks (*, TOGAF, DAMA-DMBOK).
• Experience with healthcare systems (HIS, EMR, LIS, RIS, ERP) and data platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical software (*, R, Python).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and reporting requirements.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• TOGAF Certified (Enterprise Architecture) is highly desirable.
• CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) is preferred.
• Certification in Data Analysis (*, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst) is a plus.
