Role Overview

Foreground is establishing a central Data & Business Intelligence function to enhance enterprise decision-making capabilities, support Artificial Intelligence initiatives, and improve strategic insights across its operating companies. This initiative aims to build a robust foundation for data-driven strategies.

The Manager's Mandate

Reporting to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, the Manager of Data & Business Intelligence will spearhead the development and implementation of enterprise dashboards, executive reporting, advanced analytics, and overall business intelligence capabilities for the Group. This leadership position is crucial for transforming data into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subsidiary leadership teams to consolidate operational and commercial data.
• Establish common reporting standards across the group.
• Develop and deploy executive dashboards to provide clear strategic overviews.
• Identify actionable insights that support AI-driven decision-making.
• Partner with AI Business Consultants to ensure data availability, reporting quality, and analytical capabilities align with organizational AI initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in business intelligence, enterprise reporting, analytics, or corporate performance management. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, or SQL is highly desirable. Experience in leveraging advanced analytics to support executive decision-making within diversified organizations will be considered a significant asset.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role operates within a strategic function focused on enhancing enterprise-wide data utilization and intelligence for AI-driven growth and decision-making.
