About the Role

A Confidential Government organization in Riyadh is seeking a skilled Data Analytics Manager to lead its data analytics team. This full-time position focuses on driving insights and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the data analytics function. Key duties include:

• Leading and managing the data analytics team to produce actionable insights.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Collaborating with business units to understand their analytics needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for the organization.
• Ensuring the quality, integrity, and governance of data used in analytics initiatives.
• Presenting insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data analytics.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within data analytics.

Technical Skills and Expertise

Proficiency in the following areas is essential for this position:

• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with various analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics programming languages.
