About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Partner Manager Quick Commerce Last Mile Logistics to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on advising and guiding Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) as they build and grow successful middle-mile businesses. The position supports innovation within the transportation industry and contributes to Amazon’s sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Partner Manager, you will manage relationships with 25-30 DSP owners across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This involves acting as a trusted advisor to help solve programmatic challenges, influence business planning, identify obstacles, and recommend solutions to ensure effective business decisions and success for DSP owners.

Work closely with a portfolio of owners at various stages to set strategy, drive accountability and engagement, and track key performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal Program Managers, Compliance, and Finance personnel to ensure business launches and scaling adhere to program requirements.
Support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.
Analyze problems, discover insights, deliver recommendations, and drive change both internally and externally.
Facilitate and execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and establish two-way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs, and WW/EU Product and Strategy.

Operational Focus Areas

The role involves daily engagement across several critical operational domains:

Safety: Partner with OTR Safety and OTR Regional Managers to ensure business safety compliance.
Performance: Guide owners through business scaling and operational issues, ensuring resources for ramp-up and peak preparedness. This includes supporting onboarding, coaching for compliant, safe, and high-performing operations via SLS metric deep dives, and optimizing AMZL tool utilization.
Customer Experience: Deep dive into customer metrics to identify improvement opportunities, champion consistent application of Last Mile processes, and challenge UTR processes that negatively impact OTR.
DSP Experience: Identify workflow inefficiencies, implement operational improvements at the network level, strengthen Amazon-DSP relationships, ensure clear communication, and represent DSP interests within the AMZL business. Drive improvements in driver standards to protect Amazon's brand image.
Capacity Management: Work with DSPs to deliver effective ramp plans and pipeline goals, ensuring driver supply meets peak volume demands.

Internal Collaboration

Frequent collaboration is required with a wide array of integrated internal stakeholders. These include Partner Relations (PAR), Value Added Service (VAS), Legal, fleet management, and network health teams.

Work Environment and Travel

This role requires flexible work arrangements and regular travel between multiple sites. Engagement with business owners weekly is essential to effectively carry out responsibilities.
