About the Role

Ejada is seeking a Demand Manager – Testing & Quality to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for driving business growth, customer engagement, and service adoption within the Testing & Quality Engineering practice. The position requires a blend of Testing and Quality Engineering expertise with business development, solutioning, demand generation, customer relationship management, and delivery oversight responsibilities.

Role Purpose

The Demand Manager acts as a trusted advisor, identifying customer needs and shaping innovative testing solutions. This role supports presales activities and ensures successful delivery outcomes that contribute to customer satisfaction and business value for the Testing & Quality Engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities

Drive demand generation initiatives, pipeline growth, and revenue expansion for Testing & Quality Engineering services.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with customers, business stakeholders, and technology leaders.
Identify customer challenges, transformation initiatives, and opportunities related to Testing, Quality Engineering, Digital Assurance, and Software Quality Management.
Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to identify account growth, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, solution discussions, and executive-level engagements.
Translate customer requirements into Testing and Quality Engineering solutions aligned with business objectives and technology strategies.
Support and contribute to RFI/RFP responses, solution proposals, effort estimations, commercials, and statements of work.
Drive opportunities across Functional Testing, Test Automation, Performance Testing, API Testing, AI-Driven Testing, DevOps Quality Engineering, and Digital Assurance services.
Manage opportunities through the full lifecycle, from demand identification and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Provide delivery oversight for strategic engagements to ensure quality, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, and successful commercial outcomes.
Monitor engagement health, project performance, delivery quality, financial performance, and customer feedback.
Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales, presales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment from opportunity creation through delivery execution.
Support the development of go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and growth initiatives for the Testing & Quality Engineering practice.
Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to support business planning and service innovation.
Support the resolution of critical customer issues and ensure timely escalation and closure of delivery and commercial risks.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Strong expertise in Testing and Quality Engineering is required.
Experience in business development, solutioning, and demand generation is essential.
