This full-time role is based in Al Asb, Makkah, and involves driving quality, reliability, and operational excellence across the bank's technology platforms. Role Overview

The Software Specialist - Testing will work across two squads within Modern Integration. The primary focus will be on designing and delivering automated testing solutions for APIs, SDKs, integrations, platforms, and distributed systems. This position requires close collaboration with engineers and platform specialists to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are resilient, observable, and production-ready. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that involves shaping testing strategies, developing automation frameworks and tooling, and influencing engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing solutions across APIs, SDKs, integrations, platforms, and distributed systems.
• Develop reusable C# automation frameworks, tooling, and quality accelerators.
• Embed automated validation into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Define testing strategies, quality standards, release readiness criteria, and risk-based testing approaches.
• Drive platform quality, operational readiness, and observability validation.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve developer experience, automation capability, and testing practices.
• Mentor engineers and champion quality engineering best practices across teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a senior Quality Engineering professional.
• Deep expertise in automation, platform testing, and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to thrive in complex engineering environments.
• Experience partnering with software engineers and platform teams to integrate quality, reliability, and operational excellence into the development lifecycle.
