About the Role

Think is seeking a Test and Quality Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves defining and maintaining product qualification standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet defined quality criteria before reaching customers and for investigating any field failures.

Key Responsibilities

Own the qualification program, covering thermal, electrical, mechanical, environmental, and reliability aspects.
Define acceptance criteria for each SKU and revision, along with the necessary test coverage.
Build and operate test rigs, instrumentation, and data capture systems for qualification gates.
Manage the failure analysis and corrective action process, including FMEA and returned-unit teardown.
Track field reliability data and integrate findings into design, manufacturing, and supplier decisions.
Maintain auditable qualification records for customer procurement requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and testing. A strong understanding of product qualification processes and failure analysis is essential for this role.

Beneficial Skills and Experience

Experience in environmental or industrial qualification.
Knowledge of statistical process control and reliability modeling.
Proficiency in test automation and scripting.
