Role Summary

The Department Manager for Gymshark in Riyadh is responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and ensuring customer service excellence. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field and involves leading a team to achieve commercial objectives while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, monitor progress, and identify commercial opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Minimize stock loss by implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Analyze stock management data to maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze reports to understand performance trends, identify commercial opportunities, and provide stock-related feedback to Buying/Planning teams.
• Coordinate and implement in-store stock takes in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Recommend, manage, and support sales promotions and brand activities through effective planning.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with key business partners.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety standards.
• Understand customer profiles and provide feedback to Marketing, Buying, and Planning teams.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines and ensure store cleanliness.
• Monitor sales per square foot to ensure maximum productivity within brand and store specifications.
• Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and recommendations to the company.

Leadership and Team Development

• Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Coach and motivate the team to enhance performance, ensure quality work, and support their continuous development for higher-level roles.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in retail management or a similar field.
