About the Role

ALKAFFARY GROUP is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This role involves managing and optimizing digital marketing activities, including web analytics and online campaigns, with a primary focus on improving performance and reducing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).

Role Context and Objectives

The Digital Marketing Specialist will contribute to the company's expanding digital presence within its e-commerce and retail ecosystem. The position requires collaboration with the content team and consistent follow-ups to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with strategic marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns designed to increase Return on Investment (ROI).
• Optimize campaign performance with a focus on reducing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and execution.
• Analyze web analytics data and utilize insights to refine digital marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
• Coordinate with the customer service team to address comments and feedback related to campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in web analytics and online marketing.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Zid, or Salla, preferably within a retail environment.
• Strong familiarity with digital marketing trends, tools, and performance tracking methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage funded campaigns with a focus on increasing ROI and conversion rates.
• Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail sector within Saudi Arabia is considered an advantage.
