About the Digital Marketing Specialist Role

Arabesque is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of various digital platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and maintain presence across social media platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and X.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for various digital channels.
• Execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and work to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Improve website performance through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and support Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
• Stay informed about current digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing principles.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
