About the Role

alfanar is seeking a Digital Multimedia Specialist to design and produce engaging digital multimedia content tailored for social media platforms and digital marketing channels. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves creating visually compelling content that aligns with brand identity, supports marketing campaigns, and enhances online presence and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital multimedia content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels, short videos, and animations.
• Create visual and motion content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and motion graphics to ensure high-quality output.
• Adapt content formats and dimensions to suit different digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into engaging visual assets.
• Support digital marketing campaigns with creative multimedia materials.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital channels.
• Ensure all multimedia outputs comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of multimedia content according to content calendars and project timelines.
• Maintain and organize digital media assets and files.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

General Accountabilities

• Obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules, utilizing resources effectively.
• Provide periodic reports detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
• Solve any related problems that arise and escalate complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
• Comply with related policy, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.

Qualifications and Experience

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field.
• Work Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
