About Master Works and the Role

Master Works, through its subsidiary Jadaya, is seeking a Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture Pre-Sales Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is strategic, focusing on pre-sales, solution consulting, business development, and solution sizing. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business objectives with technology solutions while ensuring successful project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities

The consultant will perform a range of duties, including:

• Working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Delivery teams to understand customer requirements.
• Designing innovative digital transformation and enterprise architecture solutions.
• Preparing winning proposals, including responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Estimating project effort and cost, and conducting solution sizing, resource planning, and pricing.
• Presenting consulting offerings to executive stakeholders.
• Conducting customer workshops and executive presentations.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, IT Consulting, or Management Consulting.
• Experience with Saudi regulatory frameworks, including Qiyas, PDPL, DGA, and NCA, is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, CBAP, COBIT, ITIL, or PDPL/Data Privacy certifications are considered a plus.

Essential Skills and Expertise

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and expertise:

• Hands-on experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Business Analysis, Governance, and Compliance.
• Strong experience in pre-sales and solution consulting.
• Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Target Operating Models (TOM), Data Governance, and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
• Familiarity with Cloud, AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Government initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Master Works' subsidiary, Jadaya.
