About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Direct Sales Executive to join a prominent financial institution within the banking sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves direct engagement with potential clients to promote banking and financing products.

Role Overview

The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and achieving set targets by directly interacting with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a strong understanding of financial products to provide suitable solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell a range of banking and financing products to potential clients.
Conduct field visits to engage directly with prospective customers.
Achieve established monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Advise clients on appropriate financial solutions based on their needs.
Manage the workflow for client applications efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in Direct or Field Sales, with a preference for experience within the Banking or Finance sector.
Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills.
A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
Capability to perform fieldwork and engage with clients in various settings.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular field visits and direct interaction with clients as part of the sales process.
