Role Overview

The Director Commercial Residential will oversee all commercial aspects of residential projects, from initial planning through to execution. This role ensures that residential developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project management, finance, and legal teams, to achieve successful project outcomes and maximize financial returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy for residential developments, aligning with Qiddiya's corporate objectives.
• Manage commercial teams to ensure effective procurement, contract management, and cost control for all residential projects.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for residential projects to ensure they meet financial and timeline targets.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements associated with residential developments.
• Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement necessary mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, local communities, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for the commercial team.
