Qiddiya Investment Company | القدية is seeking a Director Commercial Residential (DEL ) to lead commercial initiatives within its residential projects sector. This full-time senior position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is vital to orchestrating the strategy and operations for residential developments that support Qiddiya's mission to create a world-class entertainment, sports, and arts destination.

Role Purpose

The Director Commercial Residential will be responsible for the overall commercial governance of residential projects, from their initial conception through to completion. The role involves leveraging industry expertise to align operational and financial strategies, ensuring the achievement of the company's development goals while maximizing profitability and effectively managing risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the strategic commercial framework for all residential initiatives, aligning with Qiddiya's broader corporate vision.
• Lead and inspire a high-performance team of commercial professionals tasked with managing procurement, contracts, and financial aspects of residential projects.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor and contractor relationships to secure optimal outcomes for Qiddiya's residential developments.
• Oversee project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets.
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, construction, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, local authorities, and community groups.
• Provide mentorship and professional guidance to the commercial team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in commercial leadership within the residential projects sector. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex commercial operations and drive strategic initiatives from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial strategy, risk management, contract negotiation, and team leadership.
