About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is developing a major entertainment city in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Director - Core Assets Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to shaping the company's financial planning and analysis strategies.

Role Purpose

The FP&A Director will oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role involves working closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide critical financial insights that support decision-making and the overall strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including the development of annual budgets, strategic forecasts, and financial models.
Conduct thorough variance analysis and provide insights to senior management regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Create and enhance comprehensive reporting frameworks to track financial performance metrics across the organization.
Collaborate with various business units to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall strategic objectives.
Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare detailed financial presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
Stay informed on financial regulations, economic trends, and industry developments that may impact financial planning.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant financial planning and analysis leadership role.
Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing financial planning processes.
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role requires active collaboration within a dynamic environment focused on significant development projects.
