About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is developing the largest entertainment city in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Director Core Assets Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to shaping our financial planning and analysis strategies, supporting the company's growth targets and operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Director Core Assets Financial Planning & Analysis will oversee all financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This position involves working closely with executive leadership and operational teams to deliver critical financial insights that inform decision-making and support the overall strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including the development of annual budgets, strategic forecasts, and financial models.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis and provide insights to senior management regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Create and enhance comprehensive reporting frameworks to track financial performance metrics across the organization.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall strategic objectives.
• Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed financial presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Stay informed on financial regulations, economic trends, and industry developments that may impact financial planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (such as CPA or CFA) is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Ideal experience includes work within large-scale projects or real estate development.
• Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing financial planning processes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in finance-related software and advanced Excel skills are essential.
