About The Role

Boutique Group is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead digital marketing initiatives for The Red Palace in Riyadh. The Red Palace, a historic landmark built in 1943, has been reimagined as an ultra-luxury boutique hotel, blending timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication. This full-time role is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts, aiming to drive brand awareness, qualified traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth across digital channels. The Director will ensure The Red Palace’s digital presence is innovative, data-driven, and aligned with Boutique Group’s luxury positioning.

Digital Strategy and Performance Management

  • Develop and oversee The Red Palace’s comprehensive performance marketing strategy, aligning with Boutique Group’s brand and commercial objectives.
  • Lead all digital performance channels, including paid search, display, social media, metasearch, programmatic, and retargeting campaigns to maximize awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Strengthen The Red Palace’s digital identity through compelling storytelling that integrates Saudi heritage, artistry, and modern elegance.
  • Oversee the digital pre-opening roadmap in collaboration with Group Marketing and Commercial teams, ensuring seamless execution and impactful launch campaigns.
  • Control Rate Parity.
  • Establish performance dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Drive SEO/SEM, paid media, and programmatic campaigns for maximum visibility, acquisition, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Distribution teams to optimize digital spend, booking flows, and channel performance.

Content and Customer Engagement

  • Define and maintain the brand’s digital tone of voice, content calendar, and creative direction.
  • Lead the production of high-quality digital assets, including video, photography, and immersive digital experiences.
  • Manage collaborations with creative agencies to ensure digital content meets high standards of visual and editorial excellence.
  • Lead CRM strategy, audience segmentation, and targeted campaigns to support pre-opening and ongoing engagement.
  • Design and optimize digital guest journeys to enhance the user experience from awareness to booking.
  • Support the implementation of Boutique Group’s digital loyalty and guest engagement programs.

Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Group Marketing, Communications, Commercial, and Revenue teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned with business priorities.
  • Oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal ROI and resource allocation.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
  • Act as The Red Palace’s digital ambassador, representing the brand at industry events and forums.
  • Champion innovative technologies and best practices that enhance guest engagement and elevate storytelling.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with significant exposure to performance marketing at a senior level.
  • Proven expertise managing paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, programmatic campaigns, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
