Konh Studio is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join its team. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Saudi market and hands-on experience gained within marketing or creative agencies.

The Role of Digital Marketing Manager

This position is central to leading marketing strategy and ensuring all outputs align with clear business objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for guiding internal teams, reviewing campaign ideas, and engaging directly with clients to understand their needs. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant marketing role is required for this full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for clients.
• Build monthly marketing plans and define content directions.
• Lead and guide the content, design, and performance teams.
• Review and approve campaign ideas prior to client presentation.
• Meet with clients to understand their specific business needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and target audiences.
• Review campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure content, design, and advertising efforts are aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare reports and present marketing results to clients.

Required Qualifications

• Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
• 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within marketing or creative agencies.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Saudi market.

Preferred Experience and Attributes

• Experience working with restaurants, cafés, retail, or service brands.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Residency in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is preferred.
