About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a reputable pharmaceutical company to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various online channels. This role involves overseeing e-commerce platforms and marketplace accounts, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns that align with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels.
• Manage and oversee the company's e-commerce platforms and marketplace accounts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns supporting commercial objectives.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, social media, display, and email marketing.
• Analyze digital marketing and e-commerce performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and the evolving digital landscape in Saudi Arabia.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for digital initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management, preferably within the pharma, consumer healthcare, or OTC sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplace accounts.
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Due to Saudization requirements, Saudi Nationals are preferred for this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role requires a candidate to be based in the specified region.
