About the Role

eXtra is seeking an Ecommerce Driver to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for the accurate, timely, and safe delivery of customer orders from the warehouse to their designated locations. The position requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle products with care while adhering to company standards and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up customer orders from the warehouse.
Deliver parcels to customers promptly and safely, following assigned routes.
Verify orders and ensure the accuracy of items before delivery.
Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery using mobile delivery applications or systems.
Handle products with care to prevent damage during transportation.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding delivery updates or delays.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper operation of the delivery vehicle.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Report vehicle maintenance issues or delivery incidents to the supervisor.
Support warehouse operations when not on delivery, including tasks such as order sorting or packaging.
