About the English Teacher Role

Saud International School Riyadh is inviting applications for a full-time English Teacher position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for educators with 2-5 years of experience who are passionate about teaching English and dedicated to student language development.

Role Overview

The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering comprehensive English language instruction, supporting students in developing proficiency across reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. This position requires a confident educator capable of creating a positive and engaging learning environment, while also collaborating with the academic team to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and academic expectations.
• Support students in improving their English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Plan lessons, worksheets, activities, assessments, and learning resources according to student needs.
• Maintain effective classroom management and encourage respectful student behavior.
• Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, assignments, and student progress.
• Utilize the school’s LMS and academic systems as required.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, coordinators, and school leadership when needed.
• Participate in school activities, academic meetings, events, and professional development sessions.
• Contribute positively to the academic culture and values of Saud International School.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
• Experience in teaching English in an international school environment is an advantage.
