Introduction to Leylaty Group

Leylaty Group is seeking an Event Sales & Planning Executive specializing in hospitality and catering. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and offers an opportunity to contribute to the organization's growth and success.

Role Overview

The Event Sales & Planning Executive will be a dynamic and motivated member of the Sales team. This role focuses on driving sales, cultivating strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving targets within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
  • Follow up on open inquiries and quotations to ensure conversion into sales.
  • Process confirmed orders and coordinate closely with internal departments for timely fulfillment.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Represent the company professionally during face-to-face client interactions and meetings.
  • Handle VIP client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with operations and other departments for confirmed events and last-minute requirements.
  • Assist in resolving post-sale issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and uphold the company's brand standards internally and externally.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members when required.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with inbound/reactive sales experience preferred.
  • Willingness to visit client sites when required by business operations.
  • Knowledge or experience in high-end events catering is an advantage.

Technical Skills and Systems Familiarity

  • Familiarity with the Opera system.
  • Proficiency in basic sales reporting tools.
